This Refund Policy governs the circumstances, process, and conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations, program fees, or other contributions made through our platform, website, or campaigns. By participating in our programs or making contributions, you agree to this Policy.

Applicability and Binding Nature

1 This Policy applies to all donations, program fees, or contributions made to Ganeshaa Anti-Corruption of India, whether prepaid or submitted via online platforms.

2 Refunds are not automatic and will be issued after verification.

3 This Policy is subject to applicable laws and does not override statutory rights of contributors.

Circumstances Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Contribution or registration cancelled within the permitted timeframe
• Events or programs cancelled by the Organization due to operational reasons or safety concerns
• Duplicate, failed, or reversed payments
• Non-provision of a service, program, or workshop within a reasonable time
• Contributions returned as part of approved complaints or grievances

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

• Contributions made voluntarily to support awareness campaigns
• Fees for services, events, or programs that have already been rendered
• Contributions impacted due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the contributor
• Misuse of donation or participation privileges

Refund Process and Approval

1 Refund requests are subject to verification, including:

• Payment confirmation
• Program registration or donation records
• Reason for cancellation or request

2 The Organization reserves the right to approve or reject requests in good faith.

3 Approval of one refund does not guarantee approval of future requests.

Refund Amount and Deductions

1 Refunds will be limited to the actual amount contributed.

2 Deductions may include:

• Payment processing or gateway charges
• Any administrative or operational costs associated with participation

3 Partial refunds may lead to recalculation of benefits, if applicable.

7. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed via:

• Original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or payment gateway)
• In some cases, as credits for future programs or campaigns

The Organization is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

8. Refund Timelines

• Cancelled contributions or registrations: 7–10 business days
• Approved complaints or disputes: 7–15 business days
• Failed or duplicate payments: 5–7 business days

Final credit depends on banking systems and payment providers.

Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

1 The Organization reserves the right to monitor refund activity to prevent misuse.

2 In case of suspected abuse, refunds may be denied, and participation privileges may be restricted or revoked.

10. Force Majeure

The Organization is not liable for refund delays caused by:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions
• Technical failures beyond the Organization’s control

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount contributed or paid. The Organization is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
